When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. Realta Nua is very Worth it. The Basic RN patch doesn't remove the H-scenes. There is a separate patch for that. It just adds the music, voices and CG. You can turn voices off, if you really want to. But it just feels so much nicer hearing voices instead of just text, even if it is in a different language.
