This news does not change anything else from the tutorial, you will just need to get the bios and games from a different place. The one I would recommend is retrozone, like I said above.
With this news I will be creating a new set of emulator tutorials.

For those PC Gamers who happen to be Shenmue fans, here's how you can emulate Shenmue on Demul directly through Steam!
As there's nowhere else online that documents this, I figured I'd help you guys out myself at how to run the old Shenmue titles directly through Steam, complete with Steam overlay and Big Picture compatibility.
Demul
First, create a new text file your notepad, and write down the filepath of your Demul executable. Example:
'D:YourDemulDirectoryDemul.exe'

Now, Change the '.txt' extension of your file to '.bat'. Double-click it and see if Shenmue pops up directly through Demul.
If so, awesome! Download a BAT to EXE converter and change your BAT file to an EXE.
Go to Steam, click 'Add a Non-Steam game', choose your newly-created .exe and click OK!

I haven't tested this yet, but this page has a guide on how to do it.
So, that's it, congratulations! You're gonna have to repeat the steps for each disc of the game.
Now, if you want your Steam to look proper, check out steambanners.booru.org so you can find yourself a banner for your game for it to look good on Big Picture mode.
